Mac based business tool

Hi people,
I have paid for some new business leads and was just wondering if anyone can recommend a good Mac based tool to organise contacts and other business related tools.
Maybe there is a web based system instread, a friend pointed me in the direction of SugarCRM, not had a chance to look at it yet though.

I did try basecamp about a year ago, I didn't do exactly what I wanted at the time, I may take another look.
I am going to d/l ibiz now, looks quite useful, $29.99 is reasonable too.

Little steep at $149.95, I will look into it though.
The main thing I need is some kind of database facility, whereby, I can have a list of contacts (CSV inport would be good) that I could set up, then add extra fields that allow me state wether or not I have contacted them, are they existing clients, new clients, prospects etc.
