Can anyone direct me to a list
of accepted k sizes for all different sized flash banners.Is there some kind of standard practices site? I can't find any

Depends who is serving them and where they are being served. They are priced on size quite often so there are no set standards as such.

Some places even have restriction on frame rate. Yahoo only allows 18 fps. Bastards.
