which color layout do you like better?

the first with more green

and do your client a favour and change the ASSET and black text to the dark green; it'll save them the a chunk when printing with spot inks (2c instead of 3c).
it'll improve the logo too, imho. the green could always go a chip darker.

i dig the second. it seems more balanced. too much green seems to offset the feel and drew my attention to the far left...
