Would acrobat be the best software for people in the office with no exp of using these packages.
Any idea how to use it?

(Feb 24 06, 02:41)The editing features are very limited. I would say no.

It's only very basic editing I think, i.e. just a bit of text editing.
& sorry for always asking questions, I will give back to the community soon... I'm thinking of ideas... :):)

(Feb 24 06, 02:46)Cash works ;)
Really all Acrobat will let you do is correct spelling and add one or two words and stuff. That and chop pages around.
Large text amends are out.

If I had the cash i'd give you all everything
I'll give Acrobat a try, see how it goes. Can't believe I've never used this software

sometimes you can import a PDF into corel and you get working vector elements, type is usually line work rather than type.

It's odd that there isn't any software out there like this. I'd say Word, but even I cant make sense out of it.

I think there is not much for software available for editing PDF's because PDF's are not meant to be edited. I fucking hate it when someone sends me a PDF and then asks me to change something. They should make any and all corrections on their end before they send it out. Make sure it is good before you send it. It's like someone will send me a shitty .jpg at 72 dpi and ask me to change the text. I can do it, but it pisses me off!

Adobe Acrobat Professional 7

PDF's are more for review or gathering all items to print - not to edit. You should make changes in the program that generated the pdf (i.e. Word, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

I've download the trial version of Adobe Designer, and that seems to do the job

Adobe Designer?! What's that?!
Makes the amends in the original document, and re-PDF...
It's that simple!
