(May 12 06, 08:31)ha ha yeah it's the owners. you know more than anyone, you can post a winning team and lose money. Yankees and Red Sox, both I believe, as a team lost money last year. On the other hand shit teams like the Pirates, Reds, Rockies, etc. make money. It's a simple formula and those fucking fuckface owners use it to a tee.
Give us Mark Cuban for an owner and you'd see that place packed every night. He'd spend the money that Stienbrenner and Henry do.

The small market teams aren't actually held very accountable for how they spend that money. Who's to say what they do with it. Put it back into the team...?

Haha yea, but he's still a good guy. His first job was selling powdered milk door to door, so despite having everything pretty much in his favour since day one - the fact he didn't just sit on his ass like I would have and milked my position in life makes him okay in my book.
