I went to Malta about 29 years ago. Had a boat trip round the Blue Grotto™ I seem to remember...

the blue grotto is definitly in capri, not Malta.
malta's white beaches w/ matching stone cliffs look rad as hell. i think i could easily live there for the rest of my life. huge Sicilian influence and north african cuisine to boot.
the other rad aspect is the yacht repair/maintenace aspect. done wonders for the economy and quality of living there.
have a blast!

just have a good time, everyone is really nice there, which your find out when you, beware of parking tickets and dont get ripped off by car hire also beware of hotels with hookers wearing pink tights for some reason alot come out at nite and hang outside hotels, have fun
