I have many domains with GoDaddy and everytime one of my, or my client's domains with Netsol expires, I transfer to GoDaddy. Netsol is out to lunch on their pricing and is not competative anymore. I had been with Netsol for a long time prior and they always call me or email surveys on why I transfered. Every time I say "lower your price!" but they keep coming back with "What if we added this service or feature..."
Get a clue Netsol, I just want to register my domains for cheap! $35 US or $8.99 US for equal service... hmmm.BTW enter "digg" or "dltv" in the GoDaddy promo code box for 10% off their standard $8.99 domain reg rate.

I like the chick in the commercials

I've got about 15 domains at GoDaddy... apart from good price, the total DNS control is great... easy to quickly switch domains around from parked to redirected to remote nameservers etc...

godaddy rocks, I've been with them for the past 3 years. Customer service is good, no netsol bullshit. I've got 25 domains under my main account, they called me when my cc expired and they couldn't autoRenew a domain just to let me know i need to update that. And google "godaddy coupon codes" you'll come up with a bunch of 10% off links. I'll never use anyone else...

i've had good luck with both registration and hosting through godaddy.

Used them last week for the first time. After first looking on Netsol and getting a price of about $40, godaddy came back with $10.

I've used godaddy for domain reg on 7 sites, they are really good and cheap. No idea about hosting though.

Godaddy for cheap domains anyday
people that cry about (mt) slow ftp should get out of the business of at the very least a better ftp app
all my clients are on (mt) and have not had one problem in 6 years
godaddy is solid btw
and if you need to know anything about the owner bob parsons, just read his blog site, he's a pretty open guy

I use GoDaddy. They're great...really cheap... Their control panel is decent, too. The $1.99 deal means you have to buy another service from them like hosting. But their everyday price of $9.00 for a domain is still a good deal and doesn't have any tricks...in my experience at least...

yeah.. I don't want them to host the domain..
I want to have it hosted elsewhere but still like the cheap register price.
So I gues they only make money on the hosting part of it?

what do they mean by non-domain?
Get a new domain name, transfer or renewal for just $1.99* with each and every new, non-domain product you buy.
I'm guessing that is not currently owned?

i've purchased 9 domains with them over the years. never had a hiccup on their end. once you setup the nameserver pointer, you're pretty much set and probably won't ever have to touch them or their customer service either way unless you switch hosts.

I don't need fast turn around, I just want a reliable registrar cheaper than netsol, that can be trusted.

I've bought three domains from them, and I've been pretty happy.

I've used godaddy for a couple of domainnames and have always been happy with them. Then again I've also never had to deal with their customer service much. I have generally heard good things about them.
