I can actually see Robin saying this. He's always had a great way of using comedy and subtle humor to tell a story with meaning and have the crowd laughing for a while then at the end they go 'oh yeah...' and get what it was all about.
Carlin would have been much rougher throughout.
Still good stuff either way.
