Actionscript Training

I have a good understanding of Flash - using it for animation and such. I am a beginner at actionscript, and I don't have a whole lot of actionscript background. So, basically I need training in Actionscript.
Anyone have any good Actionscript training sites with tuturials.
I have already found the following...
