Someone mentioned Madlib earlier and his Mind Fusion series, def worth a check out. You should also check out his Blue Note album 'Shades of Blue' where he gets his hands on a couple of classic jazz joints and does his magic. also not quite Jazz but somewhere in between and well worth a listen is Dj Krush and Toshinori's 'Ki-Oku'. Nice.

Jaga Jazzist is hot! Cinematic Orchestra is a no brainer, but you should also check out Mulatu Astatke, a really funky lively Ethiopian jazz legend (he's got some tracks on 'Broken Flowers OST').

Oh, and 'Matthew Herbert Big Band'. If you ever get to see the man live he's fantastic (think of a mad professor conducting an orchestra, while at the same time sampling them and spitting out more sounds into the mix). I've seen him twice, could quite happpily see him again.
