Am I allergic?

Every now and then my eyes swell up like crazy and I get big, red bags under them. I can't focus without blinking twice every second and it itches like hell.
It happens like once or twice a month, and I have absolutely NO idea why I'm getting it. What the fuck is it? I got it today around 2 pm. I hadn't done anything before that could've caused it. Got to work around 10.30, sat in a meeting for an hour, made some calls, then BAM - eyes get sore like a motherfucker.
What could it be? Sudden temperature changes? It's freakin cold out and I've been running in and out from buildings, cars etc. I don't spend an awful lot of time infront of monitors either, so that can't be it.
Please help a fellow PVNer.

good chance it's a food allergy.

But I hadn't eaten all day! I was hungry like hell though.

Good idea would be to keep a daily record of what you eat for a month or so, whilst also recording these incidents.

hey jox..
if its once or twice a month, you should look at what your schedule is, and think about what similar things you did last time you had the reaction..food (as mentioned in the post above), clothes you wore, buildings you were in, the room itself -ie ventilation?...could be any one of these things..
just go through the list until you spot something that recurs at the same time as your allergic reactions...my brother in law had something similar...
was able to trace it back to the fact that it was jogging past a certain forest nearby...
both times he did, he got a bad allergic reaction..something in the trees, or pollen nearby...
but only that area......thus..no more jogging near that fucking area...end of problem...something like that should help dude
hope it you feel better soon

have you changed any part of your wardrobe?

you probably have piece of a twin inside of you that never completely formed. somehow she still creates some hormonal changes in your body. now i don't want you to panic when i tell you this but you're eyes are having your unformed twin sister's periods.

Great ideas, thanks a lot! I'm gonna keep little notes in the future and trace the evil sore-eye virus down. Strangest thing is, I did absolutely nothing new today. No weird places, no new clothes. I followed my daily routine perfectly except I came in much later than usual.
