Anyon here making sites for these guys or similar? I have a fear it's a bunch of kids in India moving in on the web design business for pennies on the dollar/euro. After all, the world is flat!

actually they are located in my hood.... brooklyn...but use freelancers from everywhere....
whatever...let them have the under $100 crowd...I don't want them....
I am sick of people asking me to design a business card for $40 thinking its a lot of money... and telling me to redesign their logo, color scheme and then extrapolate it into an entire branding system for their correspondence...and only want to throw me another $100 for it....
