web client = pain in the ass
me= ok I will do what you ask even though its beyond the scope of our contract because I am a one man show that needs good relationships.
client = ok I will take advantage of this situation...
me = after months of syaing yes (after origional work was completed) I slowly but firmly tell them to go away.
cleint=ok, but we need to change the logo on the web site. can we have the origional PSD?
SIGNED CONTRACT=me own artwork, PSD
me=yes, but only to change logo
client=(week later) a 3rd party has used the PSD to alter the desgin.
SIGNED CONTRACT=me own artwork, PSD
me=pissed, send email to Executive Dirtector
Exectuive Director= Sorry, didnt know terms of contract
me=could care less about the design(PSD), feel taken advantage of and disrespected by the Marketing Director (whom I was dealing with throughout.)
me=give them ownership of artwork (my ego is not that big)
but, do I express my feelings(be a tattle-tale) regarding my treatment to the Executive Director throughout the course of my relationship with them??
example
me=you now have ownership of the artwork, but your marketing director is pushy and disrespectful.
What to do?

(Jan 31 06, 15:19)yeah, sorry, I was kinda venting.
Do i transfer onwership of artwork to client and tell the boss her employee sucks ass?
- nocomply0
i would probably just let it go and keep venting on NT.
since its not really about money/not getting paid its probably just not worth your time.
