Anyone have a good recipe for making spicy mayo for sushi?
I already have the QP brand mayo, just not sure what to mix with it... can't seem to find a solid direction via Google.

i just mix mayo with hot sauce.

its definitely not wasabi in it... is togarashi hard to find?, i have 2 asian supermarkets i can hit up in the area.
also, what would the ration of mayo to spice be?

You'll need a mill or a bowl & pestle, you don't want to taste little salt size bits.

ok... i have the QP already, i was told to use regular mayo. sounds like i'll use Sriracha Chili Sauce since i don't have a mortar and pestil and i don't want to buy one. is this the suff?
i think i saw some at the market when i was there.one last thing, do i need to buy frozen sushi prepped scallops or will fresh ones be ok?

I prepared sushi on valentines day a few years back. I wasn't to sure how much wasabi to put uner the nigiri so I loaded up like a toothpaste commerical. Thank god I took the first bite or that might have been the last dinner date. That shit was hot!

indonesian sambal is the hottest stuff I think I have ever tasted. It is incredibly hottt.

lesson learned...it's easier and just as cheap to just go out for sushi!
