I figure it's ALL about change. It's been changing all along and we've watched it... but it's the marketing and business folks who didn't notice them until now. So in order for them to be able to wrap their little heads around it, they call it Web 2.0.
It IS marketing bullshit, but unfortunately that's the way to get paid. Gotta get the attention of dumb people with cash.
