I kind of like the new Nickle Creek disk though older Thile records are better imo. I think Iron and Wine is the weakest band around. Then again I listen to a lot of bluegrass.
Acoustic Recs. David Grisman, Mark O'Conner, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Noam Pickelney, Matt Flinner. The new Bela record is great to work to (Little Worlds).
