Does anyone here have back problems from being at the computer all day? Mine started last february and haven't quit. Yoga and Pilates has helped but some days I feel like a I need a shot of morphine right to the jugular (for the pain).

i starte slouching a while back and it really messed up my back (it would wake me up in the middle of the night). i try to keep my posture decent and haven't had many problems since.
can you change your chair?

I do. It was horrible until a few years ago when I started to do a few streches every hour. Won't go away completely but it helps.

nope my back problems stem from years of silly flips, wipe outs, and other dumb acts committed on skis bikes, snowboads, and surfboards.

i change sitting positions every so often...crossing my legs seems to help.
Also, i try and take a walk at around three. give that a shot.
