after you are done, call a big fat dirty lawyer, scare the living sh*t out of them and then sue them as litigiously as possible!

firefox + 'download them all' plug in
actually I'm not sure if that would work

there is an app called SiteSucker it will suck all the images out of a site into a folder.

first of all, how in the f*ck did they find your site? did they respond to anything when you contacted them?
I don't get it. That's pretty sad to rip that site, not that it's bad, just easy to produce. funny silly rabbits....

How direct are these companies competing? If they're not really threatening each others business then whats the hurt? Their site is obviously not as well put together as yours so its not like anyone would worry you did the faux site.
I wish I knew what it was like to be copied. I'm not nearly that good.

i concur, Sitesucker... its a great little util, but kinda evil in teh wrong hands.

hehe,
I like their version of the product shot, so bad
- shilohous0
that's the messed up part, they are directly competing. not only was the site ripped, but more so the business model, product naming conventions, product copy, the whole nine

I know you used to be able to download an entire site using Microsoft Frontpage - including html pages, images, etc.

wow, some bastards are just f***in' lazy. don't u think whoever ripped this would've at least tried to disguise the pathetic fact that they cop'd every single little detail. this makes me wanna poop.

I've heard wget is good for pulling down entire websites. It will download everything. After that you should get the business owner (your friend) to take action since it appears they're directly ripping off the business not just the design of the website.
Ironically enough, I copied a major element from my web site from another, but we're not really competing for business, thank god.
