It's kind of overused. I'd start fresh.

"front07.gif" is nice, again an obviously over-used icon, but I like it. Don't think you could go with it, but it works...

I know its a little over used but I also like it, I think I will use the shut down/reboot symbol

It is used a lot but it fits the name so why not. Have you tried using it on the e of reboot though?

yep, it works better as the "a"..

Not over a solid background though. In white with the dash horizontal and to the right, So it mimics the shape of the letter.

I think that would look good if there wasn't two oo's guess it would look odd on just one.

Not bad. I would maybe bring the dash into the symbol so that the circle could be in the dead center of the O rather than down.

The name sounds kinda odd. 'Reboot media'. Does that mean that the sites u create, market, or host, require u to reboot ur computer because it crashes stuff.
U already have a site tho, so I guess u can't change it.
Also, ur homepage says 'Copywriting' but u have a bunch of spelling mistakes.
Just something to keep in mind.
Icksnay on the Power icon, that's overplayed. The one on ur HP looks more than fine.

send it to the printers!

the off-centeredness of the icon in the 'o' drives me nuts. if you could center it, to feel more integrated with the letterform, it would work well.

Just followed the thread from start to finish and the 'a' all in blue (front18) is the best solution.
Introducing other colours/tints into the mix adds prominence when not needed. The success of this logo, is the on/off symbols subtlety.
Go print.

Great comments, thanks BigDee, sorry for having to put you through such a long thread. Number 18 is probably my fave too.
Although I am trying something else...
