That's a lot of info for a creative shop. I'd pare it down. I don't really know where to go first. 'Request estimate' on the homepage looks skewed, doesn't look like it was supposed to be that way.
Some nice work in the portfolio section. I'd give users the option of clicking through the entire portfolio from one root page, without having to click the back button. Also, 'new search' isn't very intuitive if you are going with that kind of navigation.
Don't make people have to search for your work.

like gramma said, too much info for a creative site. the work is nice but too hard to find.
it's also a bit of a bummer to be directed to cafepress to buy thongs and boxers via the merchandise button when you have a corporate agency looking site like that..

wow, that's a lot of work! i haven't dug around all of it but it seems like a very professional/clean layout.
one bug i did notice is that on the portfolio-linda kessler section-the images do not slide over if you select that last visible option. it only slides if you pick the forth, same with going back.
the whole image viewing shift seems to be a little akward. if you don't click any you can't see the screens that fall out of the frame and hence you don't even know they are there. i would maybe add some sort of clue indicator and maybe an arrow set on either side to let people know there is more.
just my 2$

btw, i was really blown away by the critiques I received here. Call me cynical, but I was expecting a lot of flaming, based on what I'd read (and/or participated in in the past).
But you guys are unbelievable. Brought some great points to light, very informative, creative and helpful. I'm impressed and totally grateful.
(now, I realize i may be asking for flames by sending this...)
Thanks a ton, All!

ask and you shall receive.
but don't listen to anything e-pill says. he's not right in the head.
