Anyone here submitted any video to Current TV?
Some of this stuff is pretty cool, they have had a few segments on typography, sheperd fairey and other design-related things.

My good friend worked there and said only 5% of pieces submitted are shown due to copyright, appropriateness, etc.
so make sure you read the guidelines before you work on something.

i never submitted anything, but i watch it. its nice to put on when your doing somethign around the house because it changes topics so often.
have not seen anything on typography or design thou.

a friend of mine did the t-shirts for the launch of the network - they were pretty sick. Haven't seen the network yet though. Who started it wasn't it a political figure?

why don't they broadcast this channel on their site? i think it would be rad.

even tho gore was responsible for the network, you would be surprised at how little political content they have, due to it being viewer created content.

yeah Gore - no I'm sure it is less politically driven than any other station - most other news stations are heavily driven by the gov.

I used to submit animations to ZeD TV. The CBC equivalent that current was based on. None of them are up anymore, it has been a few years.
