  my pinkie hurts alot from Ctrl+XCV and i hate using menus+mouse to do this any keyboard extentsions that allow programmable keys?

  photoshop/illustrator allows you to pick menu items in the actions setup... you could set them to function keys.
  though that doesn't really help in other apps...

  I've seen people who use the insert/delete keys... i don't know how that works though.

  if you're on mac, try quickKeys, software.

  Shift+Insert = Paste
  Shift+Del=Cut

  I always do a shift+ del insert in quick succession to do a copy, then a shift + insert for a paste. easier to reach than the Ctrl key.
