you can always "lease" the domain? might work out better.
Suggest something like $100/month, and do a 2yr minimum contract.
eclipseshutters.com is only good for maybe 2 companies out there - yours and theirs. So dont expect annyone else to come knocking at your door.
The typical way to come up with a DN price = monthly revenue x 2years.
I would say $500 is a fair offer - but see if you can jack a monthly lease rate.

decided to sell EveryTeam.com, got an offer $##,#### that i couldnt pass up. Its in escrow tonight and buyer has wired the funds to the escrow... should be in there tomorrow then do the transfer.

Negotiate! Years ago I sold a domain, and was told 5K US was the norm. I got that, but thinking back I wish I would've done a little more research on the company. I think I could've negotiated even more advantageously.
