  yes, he is. actually, I think James Purefoy (from Rome, Jaz!) would've been better as he's also great at being evil-like (and not to mention he's quite hot), but I guess he was too busy with Rome to work on this. So Weaving is a great second...and of course, Natalie Portman is awesome...
