what would you say the difference between a flash beginner/intermediate/advanced user is?

there are grey areas of course but what kind of capabilities do you think define them?

i'd agree with dinky for the most part.

i guess just based on what i've recently encountered:

beginner-usually a designer. knows the layout of flash and how to animate.

intermediate-also usually a designer. understands flash, animation, and can usually pull a non-programatic (ie: php/xml/client driven/dynamic content)project together

intermediate/semi advanced- usually a designer with a strong interest in programming (or opposite). understands flash, animation, and can usually pull a semi-programatic (ie: php/xml/client driven/dynamic content)project together.

advanced-a programmer that understands design, but more importantly, usually understands how a design can be implemented and pushed past expectations.
