A friend of mine putting together a video presentation for a big client with heaps of random words appearing on screen for milliseconds each, threw in a few colourful words in the mix as you couldn't tell what each word was being that quick.
When the client was watching it they we're commenting on how much they loved it and decided to pause the clip on the 3rd viewing. They just so happened to pause it on the word CUNT, which was big and bold in white on a black BG.
He narrowly escaped losing the client by explaining the words we're automatically entered using an after effect filter he'd downloaded and that he'd manually go through them to ensure no further discrepancies occurred. – A lucky escape!

one of the famous easter egg is the Coke ad, where a designer out of anger put in an illustration of woman giving oral sex in the corner.
its not really clear to see and may seem like a background but it was found out and the designer got fired / design shop sued by coke

my friend supplements his income by filming weddings and then making a DVD for the couple to send out to their friends and family. He does really nice work and his clients seem to really enjoy to have their memories professional placed on DVD's.
Well he did did one for a coworker that has an Easter egg of the groom at his bachelor party bent over a desk, pants down, getting spanked by a stripper. He didn't tell the groom until he had sent them all out to friends and family.
We can't wait until someone finds it!

In GTA Liberty City Stories, some of the posters and billboards have my friends and families names on them. I put a few of my pals kids' names in there too and they said their street cred shot with them. Which is nice.
