The Movie. Hope is doesn't suck. I used to watch this show religiously as a kid. But with Michael Mann at the helm (Heat, Collateral) it should be great.

yet no one seems to get upset by the constant stream of half-assed remakes, rip-offs and lack of originality in hollywood
but heaven help the designer that creates a design that looks a little too close to something someone has seen and you all want to give them the same fate as that gangbanging thug ass bitch tookie

huh? there are endless complaints about that here, and the movie industry is hurting so badly they're hoping that king kong saves the day...a film made by peter jackson, the director they shat all over and refused to reward with an oscar until the 3rd LOTR film.

take for example The Grudge ... aka The Juon (Japan)
i thought juon was awesome but typical of hollywood the american remake fukced it all up
and crapped out a movie that can only be labeled an abomination, wretched and horriblei used to love the show starsky and hutch but leave to ben stiller to make a mockery out of one of my favorite show as a kid
and it flopped. dukes of hazzard was horrible, used to love that too.wtf is wrong with hollywood and its inability to put out a decent movie? its all remakes like the bad news bears and miami vice 2005 or formulatic crap thats more based on target demographics and focus groups than making a well constructed movie.
i can't wait until they remake scarface and raging bull and goodfellas and taxi driver and fukc them all up
