the fact that i was given over night to start and finish 2 concepts, and they tell me they are not happy with it.
one being flash, they said its not interactive enough. of course its not interactive, they are concepts from PSD. they wanted me to finish all pages and make shit move. remember 2 concepts start at 7pm till the morning. they want GREAT work.
i am gonna punch someone soon..

o i also hate contractor who i hired over the weekend to do the work but only did sketches and decided to start designing it on photoshop 4 hours before the meeting.
does it take 3 days to do sketches when the sketchs were already done before they started working on the design it self?
what more sketchs do they need?
o and when i asked for sketches and photos and other work, they could not come up with the work?

you know this is just a job, it's really not worth it, in the past when shit has got crazy I used to bust my ass for little thanks financially or otherwise so I just started to think "well, noone is going to break my legs over this" and that was that, I just started not busting my ass if it wasn't worthwhile for me in some way, creatively/financially or whatever. Things became much easier. Actually, shortly after I refused to do all nighters unless I was getting paid and at OT rate.
