I am looking into getting a new camera phone and I was reading about the RAZR. Anyone have feedback on it. What is the resolution on the pictures?

It says the pictures are 1600 x 1200 which is pretty cool. It says that it also has mp3 play back which I like. Anyone have one of these?

Enter response: I had the RAZR for about two weeks, and while I really loved the ergonomics of it, the UI and sound quality sent me back to my SE T637.
According to an article I recently read, most of the software bugs have been recently pressed out in the latest firmware though.

Fucks sake! I got mine in the summer and this new V3 looks way better! 2mp photos kick the ass out of the camera I have which takes at 680x420, and no mp3 support...although I dont care about that.
The UI looks fucking WAY better too.
I like the phone by the way - looks and acts smart.
Get a case so you don't freak out when it drops from here:

RAZR looks good. that's about all it has going for it.
The photos are nothing special and the reception is piss poor. if you tuck it on your shoulder to use both hands for something, it drops the call.

If this is the case I might just get the LG C2000. At least its free and has a camera.

Yeah, razr has one of the best receptions I've seen so far... But it mostly depends on ur service too
It could use a better looking UI and better camera though.

It would be nice if someone would just hurry up and release a phone with a removable 4gb flash card for mp3 and pics, and a nice camera that does 1600 x 1200 with good zoom. Fucking technology is as slow as Christmas.

i've lost 3 of them and each time bought a new one. if all you use your cell phone for is talking, it's great. i've never used anything on it before other than the alarm though...
i've never had any problems with the reception either. it's a lot better than my old nokia 8210 w/ cingular
it slips right in your back pocket and you'll never even know it's there. which is also probably why i've lost it 3 times...
