i've lost 3 of them and each time bought a new one. if all you use your cell phone for is talking, it's great. i've never used anything on it before other than the alarm though...
i've never had any problems with the reception either. it's a lot better than my old nokia 8210 w/ cingular
it slips right in your back pocket and you'll never even know it's there. which is also probably why i've lost it 3 times...
