I found it to be unusable. I really didn't get to see any work. I think you would be better off with a simple blog showing the work. Not only was it hard to navigate I found the navigation and animations annoying as well. I am trying to look at work by clicking little squares and all I'm seeing is arrangements of circles in different places. Then it almost locked up my browser.

Additionally, in your About section...
make the contact info box the same size as the info box above it. Put borders around both, line them up, but don't put a border around one and not the other.
I mean, you made the site with Flash. It is WAY to easy to do these things in Flash to not do them. When I see something in Flash not aligned with other elements, I just want to puke.
Hope you'll lose the circle navigation concept. I get the feeling it will be a bitch-and-a-half to add content to the site and continue building onto the nav.

Way too many back buttons. Then there are the rings and animation centered around the back button. There is nothing interesting about a back button. You've got more than enough space to work with. Sorry to go on but the navigation REALLY annoyed me. Leaving a potential employer annoyed and feeling like they couldn't access your work is much worse than them just feeling indifferent about it.
Remember they may have to look at hundreds of resumes and portfolios so you really have to get to the point. They don't have time to 'learn' your navigation system.

Yeah it was choppy and that nav doesn't seem incredibly scalable anyway.

I'm the last person that wants to sound like our mate jakey nielsen...but just show me your work man. If I have to fight or think to much to get to it...then you've lost me...and it speaks poorly to your ability to design and create usable websites....

i actually like the ring navigation, it just needs to be incorporated into the rest of the design, theres not much connection elsewhere.
