I'm going through the same exact thing right now.
Just like you I pretty much always have an easy time coming up with ideas/suggestions for others but when it comes to my own stuff I get all stuck.
The main thing is to keep it short, simple, have it mean something to you and have it make some kind of sense to the general public. I had/have a current name that I am switching because its a word I made up and no one remembers how to spell it and no one can say it. It has a ton of meaning to me but it doesn't do me any good if people can't say or spell it. BTW, the name is MIGUA.....I love the name, have a logo and everything but its hurting more than helping because of those 2 main problems I mentioned.....so I would definitely take that stuff into consideration.

Oh ya....and the only other name that had some serious meaning to me is already taken.....
2AM. bastards....well, I don't actually know if they are bastards but it was frustrating to have this name in my head since 1998 and then when I got serious about setting up my own company I did a search and found 2AM in the UK.
And, I love my last name but think that is already taken too.
It is a difficult road. Good luck. Let me know what you come up with.
