Democrats hate free speech when it doesn't serve them.

i sure do. especially ignorance.

it's all BS one way or another. all those power hungry representatives will do anything to gain more power and they all do it for the wrong reasons. both parties. it's f*cking modern day Rome.
- Republican20
"hate everything"? funny. I don't remember having said that. I said free speech, prodigalslacker. Grow up and take your head out of the sand. At least be honest with yourself if not for anyone else.

(Nov 19 05, 07:56)you have no idea how silly that makes you sound. there's two sides to it. everything always thinks their side is right, that's the problem. ignorance is commonplace for both parties if it suits them.

(Nov 19 05, 08:03)that's exactly what it looks like from here.
toward the end of the second half of Rome too.

everyone serving themselves, no common good...

it's cyclical, although I have a funny feeling that the Dems are going to keep losing for the next 8 years if they don't get their act together and quick-like
I'm out :)

the lady shouldn't have said that. she outright called murtha a coward.
sorry, i view that as ignorance. i doubt she's ever fought in a war. if she has, then maybe i'd understand that. it's pretty easy to fling other people's words around.
i can't stand any politicians and this recent democratic idea to get the troops out of iraq doesn't seem right, looks like the country will go into civil war, but yeah, she shouldn't have said that unless she knows what it is like to fight in a war, regardless of what someone else said in a talking point.

Voila!

It's just that Democrats would rather see innocent people die and the country fail just to prove themselves right.
I notice how it was like a parade to celebrate the 2,000th death in Iraq. The left celebrates when more soldiers die since they feel it helps support their argument. I don't see many Democrats or Europeans taking arms when a terrorist blows up 50 innocent people intentionally. When that happens they say its the fault of the admin. If the US should blow up 50 innocent lives intentionally Dems and Europeans would celebrate their victory of "Look how awful America is".
If America is so very evil and bad why do more people move to the US than any other country in the world. Grow up and dig deep inside and admit to yourself you would like to see innocent people die to help support your opinions.

republican....your house is falling down around you and there's nothing you can do besides sit back, light one up and enjoy the fireworks.

------------surely you can't believe that? i don't like war much, but i certainly think that all lives are equal. i don't think the 2,000 soldier mark was substantial, in fact, i think it's pretty low all things considered. however, it's the 25,000 innocent iraqis that bothers me, it's the skyrocketing death toll of civilians. if we went there to save them, if we went there to protect them, we are not doing our job.
you saying that all democrats view american lives equally is just like me saying all republicans are god fearing evangelicals. sure, the media has a crappy way of totally ignoring deaths that aren't us related, but that's because a lot of people in america are just arrogant and could care less about the world in which we live in. but then again, 51% of this country also voted for bush, so that can give you a pretty good idea of why people might not care about anyone but themselves.
