seanr, house music is a touchy subject here on NT - mostly due to ignorance, and, i suspect, the most vocal detractors being somewhat rhythmically challenged. (i might be wrong about the lack of rhythm bit though... ; )
True House is not a single kind of music - House is HOW you play any type of good uptempo (120bpm+) music.
in the same way hip hop is not 50cunt it's The Incredible Bongo Band and a fat disco break dropped at the right time.
its all set and setting.
