Some comments:
Site will stay flush to the top, but centered in browser.
There will be 6-8 projects to cycle through.
Launch project will launch the website or print piece. If site is still in development link will spawn a new browser window with design comps and a means by which to cycle through them.
If a project contains interactive, print and photography work, 'launch project' link will spawn new window with project area selection menu/system (yet to be determined)

overall i like the new one better.
i feel the larger viewing area showcases your work better (the green box in the previous version is distracting).
the new one looks cleaner and seems to have a better overall balance with all the elements on your page.
a couple things i might kill in your new design are the black drop shadows and the box around the project title... just my personal preference.
nice job.

looks better now. it's still kinda small in my opinion but that is not a problem.

very nice. way cleaner.
i like everything but the work being gray. makes what's really important (the work) stand out on the page.

overall better. i still find the text (client, project etc.) really hard to read (yeah coming from me that's weird : )
i'm also not keen on the green view project color, and as someone else mentioned i would probably drop the drop shadows.

looks good nic - i would mos def lose the box witht the project name in it. Also i dont feel like there is enough DIN. (DIN is the new cowbell)

layout is better.
i'd use the back|next links from the old version though (don't like the new green and buttons), and remove the line and symbol at the bottom of the project description.
where's the main nav?
- foreign0
also like someone else mentioned the main copy text is hard to read; maybe use something thinner/pixel font.

Ta foreign
There is no main nav...it's next and back....

did you give the horizontal version i suggested a go? i still think that'd look better...
bring back the orange!
- jevad0
Yeah I tried horizontal but I didn't like it as much. This will be in flash and I have a neat idea for going forward and back between the projects that wouldn't really work well with them being stacked on top of each other....
- jakeyj0
alright - fair enough.
