Just on the basic visual look...
I might go for a single scrolling page for folio items or maybe an additional nav, not sure yet. But how does it look?

i'm a fan of the simplicity.
i would agree with the logo needing work. well, the logo does not need work but maybe the positioning of it does. the current location takes my eye away from the content rather than bringing me in. this is espeacilly evident beacuse it utilizes an arrow shape.
your motion work looks like it's pretty sweet would love to see it when your site is live.

I like your approach to the layout, and it's simplicity but it's still not working for me. Everything looks shrunken or something. Your motion graphics looks great, I would sike them up more.

It doesn't have any balance. Try to drop the black area at the left and change the position of the logo...
Your logo is glossy but your site is lines and square letters...Try to drop the glossy look of the logo...
