If I wanted to create a similar flip effect seen here
http://www.noedesign.com/2005/in…
is it as simple as taking my art into photoshop, adding varying perspective and a blur and saving it out?
What is the optimal file format for something like this so it plays as smooth as possible?
thanks

looks like it's AfterEffects...
could be wrong though
you may be able to recreate something like it with Swift3D, but that'd probably only work with sharp vectors.

look for the wiz bang filter in flash 8

aftereffects is the way to go for this. export as a png sequnce then bring it into flash. You could use jpgs if your background remained consistent which will be smaller in file size. You could achieve the same in photoshop but it will certainly be more work and time. best to keep it under 15 frames. Obviously the fewer frames the smaller the file size will be. Play around until it's acceptable to you.

Cool. Thanks guys. I'll look into AE for a solution.
