not mine but co workers desktop... the entire desktop moves WITH the cursor... slightly...
no we didn't smoke up before work...
anyone know whats wrong?

did they do a desktop zoom?
i found that by accident once..
you hold down:
apple+option+ plus or minus signit zooms the whole screen and it moves with browser. you might have just zoomed up once and need to zoom out

to test...have you tried de-selecting any desktop picture in System Preferences?

Use command+option+8 to turn zoom on
then you can use the plus and minus signs to control it.
Somebody was nerdy fucking with you and your computer.

step 1 - Switch to Finder
step 2 - Apple-Option- +/-
step 3 - If you can't make step 1 and 2 work, jump out of the window

if it does not work for you, use that command first then
Apple+option + / -
to control it.
