I threw up a piece of gum a little while ago. And I haven't swalled gum in a long time, so it had been hiding down there for a long time., or it wasnt gum -some other rubbery substance with what looked like teeth marks.

I used to do it all the time, but now I just can't do it anymore. My reflexes have changed or something.
If I concentrate and just let it go down, it'll go obviously, but most of the time I'll just keep on chewing for hours. For example, I was once waiting in line for about 4 hours and I had my gum for most of the time. My friends told me to swallow it but I just said that I would wait until a got to the garbage pail.
Gum is just nasty after about 20 minutes.
