Does anyone know the name of that guy that looks like he is 12 but is really in his 30's he had a show on MTV that was mostly skits- kinda funny

Isn't that fact in Wikipedia or something? I thought the show was mildy amusing when I thought it was a pre-teen, like hey ... another kid who will probably see more money in his life than I ever will ... when I found out the guy was way older than I, it disturbed me.
