I stop working for one of my employers about 2 years ago, I switched from Full time to contract work. When I started working full time I had to sign a contract stating certail rules (not being able to do work on the side, not able to contact the company clients off work, stuff like that) Since I havent been working on site for 2 years I would like to make sure the contract doesnt apply to me anymore. Does anyone of you know if I have to sign another contract stating that the previews contract is broken or anything?
TIA

hahaha, i wish. I did it by mistake. That was 2 years ago and I want to know how to know if the contract is broken, well not broken but how do I release myself from that contract.

No company in their right mind will enforce those "No Compete Clauses" after 6-12 months.
