the guys that made the apple spot are well familiar with the lugz spot. all they had to do was shift their color and no one would give a shit or even notice.

Things I don't see:
1. 3d, including the 3d grafitti, in the the ipod spot
2. drips, drops, and splashes in the lugs spot
3. why it matters this much to people who have no influence on either company
