we can get either time and a half pay or the time-off equivalent to the time and a half.
OT is considered anything more than our 8 hours. so if we work through lunch, come in early, stay late or come in on the weekends, it all counts as long as it's for work.

as many people as there are waiting in line for that job, there are as many employers looking for good people.
having been on the hiring end, it takes a lot of time and resources to get a new person hired and trained and it's something you want to avoid if at all possible.
