What the hell, last night I go to Chicago Tattoo to get my fourth tattoo, and right as I'm about to get started, the lady asks for ID, I was thinking no problem, I'm 19, I already have 3 tattoos, but then she says SORRY YOU HAVE TO BE 21.... What the hell is that?! Man... I was mentally prepared for the pain.... and then I get nothing... What kind of a law is that?! Why is our government so damn stupid?

when i got my first tattoo my license was suspended. i had no other form of photo id so i used my social security card and my yearbook. so goofy.
anyway, that sucks. i'd drive to another state before i'd wait two more years.
