i know someone that's moving soon. he got a job at some hospital in manhattan. supposedly the busiest ER in NYC. he's the funnest person ever made. you won't regret having him as your neighbor.

JAZ, i can honestly say in the 2 1/2 years i have lived in this building, i have never ever seen any bugs or mice ever!
everyone in the building have lived there for years, due to the rent stablization i am guessing. it is a very clean building!!!

I also lived in the city on 2nd and 82nd but WAAAAAAAAYYY too expensivo I was paying close to 2K for a small, small place

in 1999 i moved into a brownstone on 13th between 5th and 6th, my cousin own the place and was in the process of selling it as he had it on the market for over 3 years, he never charged me any rent, my bedroom alone was 1200 sqr feet and my closets all 3 of them walk-in were biger than my current bedroom, we had 4 floors and 11 fireplaces a back yard and 3 balconies, and an empty restaurant that we had full access to use at our leisure.
in the end i was only able to stay there for 6 months as the paper work finalized and it was sold.
that was the best place i ever lived in NYC!!!
it was a mansion!!!!
damn i need to stop paying rent and start owning some property!!!!

i just spoke with my landlord and i got all the specifics.
the rent the girl who lives there is paying: $1150. the apt is on the market for $1200, but if i give the reconmendation they will keep the rent at $1150.
the apartment is currently now under 3 different real estate brokers in the area, and if anyone is definitely interested

i have lived in this building for 2 1/2 years and i love the area! everything i need is within a few blocks, there is even a brand new NYSports club!!! 3 blocks away!
its a very nice 1 bedroom!! with living room and kitchen and closets.

the apt was snatched 1 week ago, i said i would bump the thread til it got taken. i tried...a nice sicilian couple moved in, and man can they cook!!! the building never smelled so damn good!!!
