what's a good book on building sites with css, including layout etc?
not looking for a reference manual per se but something that takes you through the steps

everythings on the web but i have the Bert Los and Hakom Wium Lie book which i got in 1997 - very good but web is better and easier

Not read any Meyer books, but maybe you've seen me mention that I'm going to his CSS/XHTML seminar in November.
Not braggin', just sayin.' :D
