I work at a newspaper/magazine.
when people send in "their own art" it is made in MS Publisher.

i fonted the shit out of that font

On one job a customer sent in their own comp. with the entire Unholy Alliance of fonts - Arial, Times, Comic Sans. All on the same surface, all just hammered out in Word saved to PDF. Best job I ever converted to Illustrator, I tell ya what.
Copperplate gets a special mention, 'cause it's special.
