We would like to have a company logo and active web address put on our email. Just wondering how you go about it?

In Outlook you can add it to a signature, image needs to be sitting on a server though.

The proper way is to get software and send it as an html email.
I recently downloaded a plugin for firefox which sends web pages as an html email. So for free, you can make an html template and send it as an email using firefox. Heres the link:

Bite, you just embedd the image with an absokute link to an image on yr web server.
i.e src=http://www.mysite.com/emailI...html emails are more hassle than they are worth. too many clients interpreting them in different ways and many not using them at all [plain text]. most large corps view and deliver plain txt emails.
