I've read all four books and see a common style. Other than the hero, the next good guy becomes the mastermind and ultimate bad guy. There's something Big Brother is hiding. The hero has no military background but can overcome the likes of secret agents and professional assasins. It always end in sex
I'd say it's Hollywood ready from the start..

Foucaults Pendulum is another book entirely..good call tho...i just bought Pendulum..heard it was pretty good..
