True, in a sense but what the F is he supposed to due when the whole bus is engulfed in flames and oxygen tanks are blowing up left and right? It's not like he set the f'ing thing on fire.
I hope he gets cleared from this.

since when are drivers are responsible for routine maintenence? you show me a city bus driver that changes a flat... fuck that. they call in another bus, transfer the passengers and a maintenence crew tows the bus or changes the tire.
they are playing the illegal card, i hope it bites em in the ass.you know the family's of the victims arent looking to sue the driver..

I say let the mexicans come in, but make english the official language to nullify the class chasm that's based on language. In other words, force them to mix in. It worked for the italians and dirty dirty irish.

it's funny to see many of the people who hate illegals that have housekeepers, nannies, gardeners and maids that don't have papers. Not to mention those that make a run to Home Depot to get "one of them wetbacks" to help with yard work.
